What we collect
Your full name, email, phone number, country of residence, payment records (amount, phone number, M-Pesa receipt), reviews, uploaded visit photographs and terms acceptance records.
How we use it
To run your account, process M-Pesa payments, unlock your plan's assignments, moderate reviews, send in-app notifications and prevent fraud or manipulation.
Payments
Payments are processed by M-Pesa. We never see your PIN. Gateway credentials are encrypted on our servers.
Who can see your data
Only you and authorised administrators can see your account, payments and pending reviews. Approved reviews are shown publicly without your name.
Your rights
You can update your profile at any time and contact us to request access to or deletion of your data.
